Terms and Conditions for EcoCredits
Article 1: EcoCredits Accumulation
Applicability: These terms apply to all members participating in the EcoFlow Membership Program (hereinafter referred to as "Members").
Triple EcoCredits on Specific Products: Members can earn triple EcoCredits (hereinafter referred to as "EcoCredits") when purchasing designated products (hereinafter referred to as "Specific Products").
Specific Products: Include purchases of an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter, EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Battery, EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2, EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra (Inverter+Battery), EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra+EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2, 2 × EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra + EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 made on the EcoFlow US Online Store (us.ecoflow.com).
Geographical Restrictions: This program is exclusive to the EcoFlow US Online Store (us.ecoflow.com).
Article 2: EcoCredits Calculation
Triple EcoCredits Period: Valid from January 9, 2024, 00:00 (EST) to December 31, 2024, 23:59 (EST).
Calculation Basis: EcoCredits are calculated based on the actual payment amount for Specific Products, excluding amounts involving coupons, EcoCredits redemption, returns, or cancellations.
Accumulation Ratio: EcoCredits will be accumulated at three times the actual payment amount for Specific Products.
EcoCredits Credit: EcoCredits will be automatically credited to the member's account after the transaction is completed and payment is confirmed, along with EcoCredits from other products.
Inquiries: For any questions regarding EcoCredits accumulation or calculation, please contact the customer service department.
Article 3: Legal Statement
Agreement to Terms: Participation in this program signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Interpretation Rights: The final interpretation right of these terms and conditions of EcoCredits usage belongs to the company.
Installation Consulting Service Terms and Conditions
Installation Conditions
1. The Installation Consultation Package is issued upon the purchase of EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 or Smart Home Panel 2 bundle.
2. If a customer fails to fill out the installation information collection form sent via email by EcoFlow within 7 days upon receiving of such email, rendering EcoFlow unable to collect information for matching electrician resources, it will be deemed that such customer does not require installation/consultation services.
Description of the Installation Consultation Package
* In line with the promotion of EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 and EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra on the US EcoFlow official website (https://www.ecoflow.com/us), EcoFlow will refer installation resources to customers who have placed orders and assisting them in scheduling installation appointments with electricians.
Risk Statement of the Installation Consultation Package
1. Installation by electrician represents a commercial contract arrangement with contractual responsibilities exclusively between users and electrician, exclusive of any contract or other responsibility of EcoFlow. Electrician assumes sole responsibility for its pricing standards. EcoFlow shall be not liable for any of the consequences of electrician’s installation services.
2. There is a risk that electrician will refuse to take order in the current consultation and booking process.
a. If, after purchasing an EcoFlow product, an electrician’s assessment concludes that the customer’s house condition does not permit installation of EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 and a return is required, the cost incurred for the electrician’s on-site assessment shall be borne by the customer.
b. Home circuits that have been modified by customer without applying for applicable permissions from government will not satisfy EcoFlow products’ installation conditions.
c. If a customer’s house is too large to result in long wiring, rendering voltage value too low, there may be a risk that the NEC regulations will not be satisfied, and installations will be unrealizable.
d. Other circumstances that make installation impossible.
e. EcoFlow will not be liable for any loss of personal property caused by voluntary installation by a customer if the above installation conditions are not satisfied, and EcoFlow reserves the right of final interpretation.
Information security-related provisions: EcoFlow shall not be liable for any misuse of customer’s personal information (authorized by the user) by electricians.

- The $1499 installation service fee on the official website covers labor costs and the materials needed for installing Smart Home Panel 2 within 2 feet of the distribution box. This excludes: The above extra costs and fees shall be subject to the actual quote from the electrician. Customers are responsible for directly paying the electrician for any extra costs incurred. EcoFlow reserves the right to final interpretation of the $1499 installation service fee.
- By agreeing to EcoFlow's installation services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary for completing the service. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, contact information, and any relevant details related to the installation. We will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and will only use it for the purpose of fulfilling the installation service. Please refrain from directly providing your personal information to the electrician during the installation process, otherwise you will be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the disclosure of such information.
